Wij zijn op zoek naar een Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist met hart voor het vak, om samen met de TA (Talent Acquisition) collega's bij te dragen aan de kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve FTE-groei van Exact Bij Exact denk je mee en zie je jouw goede ideeën werkelijkheid worden. Dit = de baan die jij ambieert
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitvoeren van het volledige recruitmentproces en gewapend met data, visie en advies ben je een echte sparringpartner voor de organisatie in Belgie, gevestigd in Wemmel.
Het vinden en binden van nieuwe collega's voor verschillende locaties door heel België, op basis van cultuur en job "fit", om zo bij te dragen aan de groei van Exact.
Je adviseert de organisatie met betrekking tot de invulling van hun "workforce" planning, zowel voor de korte termijn als de lange termijn.
Je bouwt mee aan het campus recruitment programma; bezoekt Hogescholen en verzorgt, samen met de business gast colleges en bent aanwezig op carrriere events.
Daarnaast ben je eens per maand (of vaker) welkom op ons hoofdkantoor in Delft voor ons teamoverleg en om bij te praten met je collega's.
Je werkt mee aan projecten ter verbetering van de candidate journey en EVP. Samen met de business behalen we de diversiteit en inclusiviteit doelstellingen in het kader van responsible business.

Je zult warm welkom worden geheten door het MT in België en je collega's in Wemmel waar je nauw samenwerkt met hiring managers en de HR business partner. Jouw TA collega's en je manager zitten in Delft, Nederland. Als je een open werkcultuur waardeert, een goede mix van directe communicatie en teamgevoel, dan zul je je bij ons zeker welkom voelen.
