    Responsibilities:

    New Business Development:

    • Prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and networking.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

    Needs Assessment:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and challenges.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that align with client needs.

    Proposal and Presentation:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Create and present detailed proposals outlining staffing solutions and services.

    Pipeline Management:

    • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    • Regularly update ATS system with client interactions and sales progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
    • Strong understanding of workforce solutions and staffing services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with ATS systems and sales-related software.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
