Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in public accounting (big four preferred)
SAGE experience or Insurance industry experience is REQUIRED

Responsibilities:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs
Oversee bank reconciliations and cash forecasting activities
Collaborate with the CFO on treasury management strategies
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision making
Lead and mentor accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed
Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Software:
Sage Intacct accounting software Excel Advanced
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proven leadership skills
