We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Mesa, AZ.In this role you will lead a talented group of engineers in designing and developing innovative mechanical systems
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Ensure all hardware designs meet Design Assurance Level DAL requirements oversee creation and approval of PHACs HDPs and Hardware Accomplishment Summaries.
- Bid forecast resource needs manage department budgets oversee project schedules to ensure on time delivery Earned Value Management EVM Plan track mechanical engineering scope schedule cost performance alignment program Integrated Master Schedules IMS budgets collaborate cross functional teams ensure project goals met time budget develop implement engineering processes technical approches enhance efficiency quality manage project timelines resources deliverables maintain clear communication stakeholders conduct regular performance reviews provide professional development opportunities team members stay updated industry trends advancements drive continuous improvement engineering practices.
