Position Details Salary:
AnnuallyMM2 $100,000 - $110,000 annually (DOE) Full-time


JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Health Services (RN) overseesthe clinical department of the Community Based Care facility and ensures resident care needs are met.

This position will conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate residentcare, and provide supervision and teaching to health services team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement new procedures as neededTrain, supervise, lead, and motivate teamDirector of Health Services (RN)Assist clinical subordinates to identify condition changesCommunicate with residents, staff, family members, etc.

as neededUtilize standard precaution knowledge and infection control measures where requiredKnowledge of and ability to conform to the applicable law, rules and regulationsOversee nurse delegationFollow up with residents that have a change in condition or chronic skin issueOther Duties as AssignedREQUIREMENTS:
RN License in the State of practice
