A Home Health Aide Certification is Required.
Benchmark Senior Living at Split Rock is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) who are committed to fostering a warm and supportive environment for our residents while setting the standard in providing exceptional care.

All three shifts (7AM-3PM). (3PM-11PM), 11PM-7AM

varies, including weekends

HHA Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
Other duties as needed.

HHA Requirements:
Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Willingness to learn
