- 2-5+ years of California labor and employment litigation experience, with a focus on wage and hour matters
- Ability to take and defend depositions, write and oppose motions (including demurrer, motion to strike, MSJ)
- Experience appearing in court, and handle discovery independently
- Possess excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Value a team environment while prepared to work independently and assume significant responsibilities.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- California bar license
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
