The Global Supply Chain Performance and Transformation manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for architecting the digital and operational framework that will support Sotheby's future growth.Responsibilities
Serve as the business owner in partnership with Product and Tech teams to build the Operations Data Warehouse and dashboards. Define the semantic data layer for the entire Product and Customer lifecycle. Shift the organization with proactive analytics to help reduce product blockages and capacity constraints. Develop and deploy the Global Operations Scorecard, focusing on lead time, efficiency, quality, experience. Help to establish a Data driven culture where data insights are used to drive weekly monthly operational reviews at executive level Partner regional teams drive performance excellence Process Ownership Change Management Audit regional workflows Receiving Photo Catalog Exhibition Release identify Best-in-Class practices codify them into global operations SOP Ensure operational framework can support high-growth initiatives Lead end-to-end change management strategy ensure global workforce adopts standardized global workflows Coordinate all key stakeholders Ops outside Ops ensuring local nuances heard maintaining integrity of Global Roadmap Design oversee global training programs support our operational teams ensuring fluent new digital tools standardized SOPs Establish Change Champion networks region identify friction points iterate process design ensure high adoption rates.Job description
