- Senior DM Analyst will: Be able to prepare waterfall reports for both backlog and forecast to determine origin of supply vs. demand mismatch Maintain tracking for attainment to allocation as well as daily or weekly shipments tracking Be responsible for communicating Billing commits and estimates to Sales Leadership, GMs and Staff level position Communicate and coordinate with Global Planning to ensure that production plans are adjusted in accordance with allocation plans Adopt the fundamental DM strategies for allocation and provide recommendations for allocations that are in accordance with these processes and strategies Communicate with other worldwide teams about allocation and customer escalations for visibility and focus through the organization. Support both Director of Demand Management, MP Business Units and Sales in reporting needs around demand, supply and allocation as needed. Coordinate with the Distribution Management team as well as Inside Sales with regard to sell out forecasts by end customers Review bookings patterns and % IHCRD and discuss gaps with Sales Mgrs and Inside Sales Communicate expectations regarding additional bookings to Demand Management and Business Unit Operations Teams
- Required Skills: Requires proficiency in Excel and SAP. This position will have a strong focus on demand analytics and will use data, forecasts and historical actuals to make recommendations and projections critical to the Business, will cross train to back up other DM team members on other functions, as well as help to map new processes to improve efficiency in all Demand Planning processes. Additional tasks include proactively working with Global Planning and Inside Sales to identify critical supply issues impacting our customers or potential allocation situation.
