- Must follow instructions received regarding specifications, procedures, tolerances, and various construction and quality requirements
- Must be familiar with all tire/rubber components used in tire assembly, follow safety and quality standards
- Follow standard practices for prompt and accurate production
- Adhere to plant safety, environmental policies, and maintain clean work areas
- Utilize hand tools and gauging devices to monitor product quality
- Respond quickly to equipment issues and notify supervision
- Conduct quality checks and take corrective actions
- Possess problem-solving skills for machine cycle issues
- Meet/exceed production goals and standards
- Support the Continental Business System structure
- Follow ESH work instructions
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior in ESH
- Ensure immediate response to unsafe conditions

- Strong Communication and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Bend, climb, squat, crawl, reach, and twist frequently
- Lift weight up to 75 lbs. occasionally
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of WorkKeys Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) or 1+ year experience in manufacturing or Associate's degree
