We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us at Tunstall as a **Training and Delivery Consultant.**
This role is key to the delivery, ongoing maintenance/ support and the future development of our traditional ARC/ platform solutions in both Telecare & Telehealth, but will play a huge part in the future management and support of the digital transitioned solutions and the journey our business is taking to get there.
**Main purpose of the job**
The key responsibilities of the role are to deliver tailored training and educational solutions relating to company services and products both via face to face and the use of digital media. You will be involved in the full training life cycle from consultation on change management through TNA, programme creation, delivery to completion and evaluation. Followed by providing first line ongoing support as required.
The role is primarily with an existing customer base and is to support the commercial team whilst also maintain the proactive generation of new business leads by identification of opportunities and the expansion of existing business whilst still maintaining the reputation of the organisation.
**Principal tasks and responsibilities**
Within the role you would become part of a dedicated team working across the UK to promote and expand the effective use of Tunstall equipment and services with direct responsibilities of:
Assist and deliver demonstrations for potential new business tenders
To train and educate customers with an understanding of the Tunstall offerings they have purchased. This will include but not limited to:
Offer training and consultancy regarding Tunstall products and services in their use, including TSP, Independent living, Grouped living and Connected care solutions.
Provide change management consultancy to enable effective deployment and increased operational efficiencies for the customer.
Be flexible in the delivery styles and methods utilised for delivery.
Provide first line support / advice matching products with requirements.
Consult with customers to identify processes and gaps to enable effective use of purchased products.
Assist in the development of processes and procedures.
Develop reports and or extract data to enable report production from a variety of database systems.
Instruct on the use of Tunstall products and their integration into a whole lifecare service.
Support customers in the on-going development of FAQs and internal reference guides via the creation of training and support materials.
Identify and produce regular reports on progress made at individual customer locations.
Support in the development and UAT of future products prior to general release.
Represent the Department/Company professionally during meetings or visits with internal or external customers and contacts.

+ Educated to HNC/D level or equivalent in Training and or Consultancy.
+ Experience in dealing with the introduction of new products / processes and services.
+ Training experience within Public Sector.
+ Knowledge of Telecare / Connected health solutions.
+ Experience delivery of web-based training systems.
+ Exposure to an alarm receiving centre or call centre environment.
+ Travel and experience of working within a national geographical area.
