- Provide nutrition education & training support for the higher education community through tabling, lunch & learn lesson sessions, one-on-one counseling sessions, and more.
- Implement corporate wellness programming across all campuses.
- Work with the onsite Operations Management team and culinary team members to ensure dietary needs are being met for all customers.
- Provide training to all necessary Genuine team members on nutrition guidelines, including food allergen training.
- Work alongside the Operations and Culinary teams to assist on menu development and nutrient analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure appropriate nutrition information is being communicated and messaged.
- Communicate cross departmentally to assist on projects and help meet deadlines
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Prior experience working with special diets and food allergens, preferably in a education setting
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract food managed service experience desired
- Ability to present information in a one-on-one and group setting to a variety of audiences
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, professional journals, and government regulations
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
- Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc to properly communicate and track nutrient analysis programs
