    $140,000 +/- range plus bonuses and relocation assistance

    Overview:
    We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our leadership team. This pivotal role encompasses the oversight of all manufacturing engineering and facilities maintenance activities within our Tulsa, OK facility.

    The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading our engineering and maintenance teams through significant plant expansion projects, capital expenditure initiatives, and the introduction of new products.


    Responsibilities:


    Direct and lead a team of 10 engineers under an engineering supervisor and 2 maintenance managers with a total of 10-12 technicians , ensuring cohesive and effective operations.

    Provide project management leadership for plant expansion, startup projects, and capital expenditure projects, aligning with strategic objectives as new products are introduced.

    Develop and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling for the efficient production of metal fabricated and mechanically assembled products.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, driving efficiency and excellence in manufacturing operations.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless introduction and integration of new products and processes into the production environment.

    Oversee the facilities and maintenance department, ensuring optimal operational conditions of the plant and equipment.
    Contribute to the design for manufacturing capabilities, ensuring products are optimally designed for efficient production.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. However, significant work experience and proven leadership in a similar role will be considered.

    At least 10 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, with a successful track record of leading engineering and engineering projects.

    Solid experience with plant expansions, capital expenditure projects, and the introduction of new products in a manufacturing setting.
    Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; certifications are highly regarded.
    Strong understanding of metal fabrication and mechanical assembly operations.
    Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design and layout software is a plus.
    Experienced with leading Maintenance Supervisors / Manager in a facility is a plus.
