The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Administrative Assistant 3, College of Urban Affairs [R0149854].This position serves as the central point of contact within the Greenspun College of Urban Affairs Business Operations team for financial and purchasing transactions within the College.
The position will work to communicate and collaborate with the Assistant Business Manager for Budget and Finance on various duties such as:
Maintain billing for units (mail, phone, Xerox, water etc.).
Process expense reports supplier invoice requests Independent Contract Service Agreement ICSA.
