- Minimum of a BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, or Engineering Technology)
- 5+ years of Project and Engineering Leadership experience in a plastic injection molding environment.
- Hands-on plastic part design experience (Solidworks)
- Strong computer skills: MS Project / MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Some ISO9001:2015 and/or IATF Quality systems exposure is desirable.
