Project Manager in the central Dallas TX market, you are responsible completion of high-end residential landscape construction projects overseeing all phases of $2-3 million in multiple projects through all stages to completion:

• 
  Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors and crews
• 
  Manage project expenses and labor to maximize profits
• 
  Ensure highest quality and on-time completion of project for clients

Requirements:

• 
  5-7 yrs managing high-end ($50K - $500K+) residential landscape installations
• 
  Software technical experience, LMN, Aspire, other construction PM programs
• 
  4 year Degree in Landscape Design, Construction, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture.
