Education Qualifications:
East Market:
Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist program
Brainerd Lakes:
Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist Program OR 6 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist with the demonstrated qualification to sit for certification exam
Virginia Location only:
Graduate or Certification from accredited surgical technologist program or graduate of accredited practical nursing program
West Market:
Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist program Fosston Location only: Graduate or Certification from accredited surgical technologist program, or graduate of accredited practical nursing program.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

N ational certification (NCCT) within 12 months of hire if hired following the completion of an approved Essentia Health apprenticeship program
East Brainerd Lakes :
Certified as a Surgical Technologist within one year of hire or transfer
