Voss Equipment, Inc. is seeking trainable, customer service-oriented, outgoing individuals interested in a Parts Coordinator career within a growing company, est


Primary Responsibilities:
Parts Department consists of work in the office, customer counter, & parts warehouse.
Record and handle all aspects of order processing and parts handling for customer and service staff orders
Actively participate in inventory control and other administrative duties when necessary.
Follow up on back orders for all counter sales.
Ordering parts on work orders in your assigned territory and coverage when there is an absence
Process direct ship invoices
All coordinators must answer phones, and request details of the parts call
Support the quoting department with parts looks up. Voss Equipment models a 48-hour turnaround time on most quotes.

Qualifications and Experience:
Customer service experience is required. Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; solicit feedback and improve service. Excellent telephone skills are required.
Excellent communication skills (written, email, & verbal) are necessary.

Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations; listens and gets clarification; and responds well to questions.

Must be a self-starter with good time management and planning, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Product knowledge and familiarity with diesel/gas engines, electric components/systems, tires, batteries, & chargers, or other industrial products are strongly preferred.

Previous forklift experience preferred

Software knowledge:
Computer literate, PC experience with Office Outlook, Excel, and knowledge of Quipware business systems preferred.
This position works in both an office & warehouse environment. Candidate may, on occasion, walk, bend, and lift to lbs.
