Responsibilities:

--Communicate with customers throughout all stages of the sales process

--Manage, organize, and track all customer interactions in our system

--Coordinate with service and finance departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

--Maintain a working knowledge of all manufacturer vehicles and updates

--Demonstrate a servants heart by creating unique and personalized experiences

--Represent Bayway Cadillac Southwest in a professional and caring manner

--Achieve critical sales goals and customer satisfaction goals

--Organization and attention to detail
