- Reviews and oversees posting of daily sales, costs, inventory purchases, and credit/debit memos to vendors/customers to GL.
- Approves payments and posts to GL; approves new customers and credit lines.
- Performs research for any complex accounting transactions.
- Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, logistics, facility, and other related procedures and controls.
- Reviews and ensures accurate payrolls for local and expatriate employees.
- Administers and maintains records of the Companys benefit program including 401k plan, medical/dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Japanese Bilingual in business or fluent level
- Minimum 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervising/management experience
- CPA license holder
