    Radiation Therapist Position at SkinCure Oncology

    We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at SkinCure Oncology, a leading provider of superficial radiotherapy solutions for dermatologists in the US. As a Radiation Oncology Specialist, you will be responsible for administering prescribed doses of radiation to patients, utilizing advanced radiation therapy equipment and adhering to established practices and standards.

    About Us:

    SkinCure Oncology was founded in 2016 with a mission to provide high-quality SRT solutions to dermatologists. We prioritize customer service and strive to be the 'aspirin' for dermatologists in all aspects of SRT.

    Job Description:

    • Administer prescribed doses of radiation to specific body parts using radiation therapy equipment according to established practices and standards.
    • Position patients for treatment with accuracy according to prescription.
    • Enter data into computer and set controls to operate and adjust equipment and regulate dosage.
    • Maintain records, reports, and files as required, including radiation dosages, equipment settings, and patient reactions.
    • Review prescription, diagnosis, patient chart, and identification.
    • Conduct most treatment sessions independently, in accordance with the long-term treatment plan and under the general direction of the patient's physician.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited program.
    • ARRT Board Certification in Radiation Therapy, R.T.(T), or registry eligible within 3 months.
    • State licensure (if applicable).
