Job Summary: The Nursing Assistant Trainee program equips you with the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care to clients. Based on a formal training program, you will develop competence under the guidance of a licensed nurse and preceptor. By the end of the program, you'll be ready to take the state certification exams.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum age of 16 required. Prior experience in long-term care is a plus. Certification in the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry may be necessary.
