    General Responsibilities:


    As a proficient Registered Professional Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in HVAC, medical gas, and plumbing design to lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and designers.

    Your primary focus will be on healthcare facilities, overseeing all phases of projects from proposal development to construction completion. With autonomy over budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and specification writing, you'll ensure the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

    Position Requirements:
    8+ years of engineering design and project management experience
    Specialized knowledge in healthcare design within acute care settings
    Familiarity with industry guidelines such as FGI Guidelines, NFPA-99, and NEC requirements for backup power
    Ability to articulate complex engineering concepts to clients, industry partners, and colleagues
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
    Proficiency in HCAI OR OSHPD codes, standards, PINS, and CANS

    Preferred Skills:
    PE license in California or other relevant certifications
