    Work at different locations will have a varied amount of hybrid onsite and work from home, but all candidates must be in the local area, willing to come on-site weekly as required, and fully remote work will not be considered for any circumstance.


    Clearance:
    US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance to start, and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

    Job Summary:


    IntelliBridge is proactively starting recruitment for multiple Database Engineer to support a hiring effort for a new nationwide and international data program for the DOD.

    These Database engineers will be responsible for developing and translating computer algorithms into prototype code and maintaining, organizing, and identifying trends in large data sets.

    The job responsibilities below may change slightly as the program goes live in the coming weeks. However, we would like to start identifying interested individuals and begin discussions around interest and availability.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Design SQL databases
    Create process documentation
    Provide written and verbal communication
    Work independently and on teams
    Code in python, java, Kafka, hive, R, or storm
    Oversee realtime business metric aggregation, data warehousing and querying, schema and data management, and related duties.
    Design, develop, and test state-of-theart Cloud-based database platforms
    Implementation and maintain complex databases
    Analyze procedures to control the access and allocation of data
    Maintain security controls in supported databases
    Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments and contribute to the development of new ideas and principles
    Solve complex problems, under consultative direction, and represent the SOF Data Science teams across the SOF Intelligence Enterprise working on longrange programs and objectives
    Provide advice to the SOF Intelligence Data Team customer and assist in overall functional strategic data planning
    Work directly with the SOF DST to ensure the data systems supporting the DST are functioning optimally and can integrate any needed capabilities to support the team

    Position Requirements:
    US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance to start, and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
    Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
    Six (6) years+ of hands-on experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity.

    Note for applicants on timing:
    Recruitment efforts for this project are just now starting as of mid April 2024. The work has been awarded, but a start date for candidates has not been determined.

    The recruiting team for these roles is working to proactively start building a list of interested and available candidates to expedite hiring upon the program finalizing a start date.
