    Description
    PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)

    St. James Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for an Experienced PT for our Facility.


    Key Responsibilities:
    - Perform assessments on referred patients for rehabilitation services
    - Develop and implement treatment programs with specific goals
    - Set achievable goals, document patient progress, and educate on therapy methods

    Requirements:
    - Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
    - Valid professional license and state registration
    - Supervisory experience with Physical Therapy Assistants preferred
    - Proficient in documentation writing and various evaluations
    - Collaborative mindset for patient-centered care
    - Excellent patient service skills and clinical proficiency
    - Punctual, professional, and compliant with regulations
    - Familiarity with Case Mix Index and PPS scheduling
    - Full Covid-19 vaccination required
