- Required associate's degree Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program
- CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- Required 6 months from date of hire
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required
