    This position is based in Plano, TX with a hybrid mix of some in-office time and some remote work. Who we're looking for Toyota's OneTech Parts Supply Chain IT systems team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Technical Analyst, Parts Logistics Systems to drive the development of new systems and optimize existing systems to enable the North American Parts Supply Chain Vision of "Providing the rights parts to the right place at the right time". The primary responsibility of this role is technically leading a team of IT professionals in the development, modernization, enhancement, kaizen, and support of critical parts supply chain systems that are responsible for transporting over $35B in parts annually from 700 unique supplier destinations traveling over 600K miles daily to 10 vehicle plants, 3 engine plants, and 10 cross-docks across North America. The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for leading technical and strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of Information Technology projects and initiatives while adhering to Toyota standards/technology roadmaps. Reporting to the IT Manager, Parts Supply Chain Logistics, the person in this role will lead the IT Parts Supply Chain's goal of leading parts supply chain systems projects across North America. What you'll be doing
  • TMNA Parts Supply Chain Transformation, Synergies & Modernization:Supply Chain Systems Modernization: Lead the development and implementation of strategic projects to modernize, rearchitect, improve customer experience, and retire parts supply chain legacy systems to modern cloud platforms, architecture, and technology.Strategic Roadmap: Develop a 3-to-5-year roadmap for systems and processes to modernize and improve customer experiences for critical parts supply chain applications.
  • Technical Lead, Parts Supply Chain IT Systems Operations:Strategic planning of prioritization, resources, budget, and communications to sustain daily operations and support for key supply chain systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Lead collaboration with Toyota Motor Corporation IT Division on critical initiatives and Kaizens in alignment with technology and business for successful delivery with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Lead collaboration with OneTech platform teams to align on technology direction, priorities, impacts, and risks for parts supply chain applications.Lead the team to continuously improve the daily process through customer focus, problem-solving, and Plan-Do-Check-Act. Continuously raise the OneTech standards for reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience.Leading diverse IT teams in the development and support of applications and services.Application development using Java, Angular, Spring boot, .Net, Mobile Applications, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Stone Branch Scheduler, API, Microservices.Prioritizing and problem-solving.Strong business acumen skills. Having the ability to learn the business process quickly.Analytical skills to build business solutions to best support business vision and strategy.Technical skills with the ability to mentor, lead, and drive the development team to success.
  • Recent experience implementing new or modernizing legacy applications into the AWS cloud using the latest DevOps tools like Jenkins, Helm, JFrog, etc.
  • Hands-on Cloud application development experience (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Ability to work independently and successfully manage several projects simultaneously while balancing the workload and constraints of each.
  • Added bonus if you have
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Prior experience in Parts supply chain or related supply chain background.
  • AWS or Google certification on cloud technology.
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
  • Completed JKK and TBP panel.
