- Booking spa reservations Greeting guests as they enter the spa
- Greeting guests as they enter spa
- Settling guest accounts as they depart
- Providing an overall relaxing, courteous and professional atmosphere for all guests
- Performing other duties as assigned
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a guest oriented atmosphere, preferably in the hospitality field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Must be detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Good communication skills
- Physical requirements include finger dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 lbs
- Work schedule is flexible, based on business needs during operating hours of 8:00 8:00
- This is a part-time year round position. The working schedule for this position may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Weekends and holidays are required.

This position is responsible for scheduling all spa services according to The Hotel Hershey standards.
