    Advocate Health is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Advocate Trinity Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

    Primary clinic on same campus as Advocate Trinity Hospital with outreach clinic location nearby. Schedule can be flexible based on preference
    ~ You will join another experienced Endocrinologist servicing patients in the South Chicago - Advocate South Suburban Hospital and Advocate Trinity Hospital patient service area
    ~100% Endocrinology practice
    ~ EPIC EMR
    ~2 year initial starting salary floor with continued competitive compensation structure
    ~ Generous sign-on bonus offered

    Training and/or experience required
    ~ Endocrinology Fellowship training

    About Advocate Trinity Hospital
    Advocate Trinity Hospital has provided compassionate care to Chicago s Southeast Side for more than 120 years.

    A designated Primary Stroke Center, Trinity s board-certified physicians provide bone, joint and other advanced surgery, as well as advanced cardiac care.

    The limb salvage program serves as a model for health care providers across the county.

    The diversity of the city of Chicago continues as you move south from the business district known as the Loop.

    Neighborhoods are continuously evolving, while still retaining their historical foundations.
