    Have you ever wondered who UPS Sleeper Team Tractor Trailer Drivers are?

    First of all, they are part of our national team and play a crucial role in our operations. Paired with another team member, they take turns driving on long journeys between UPS facilities in our well-maintained trucks.

    Sleeper Team Tractor Trailer Drivers, also known as OTR or Over the Road Truck Drivers, enjoy extended trips on the road and return home after 4-6 days.


    SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

    What does it require to ensure the smooth movement of packages across the country and beyond?

    • Work varying shifts for long-haul trips lasting 4-6 days
    • Hold a valid CDL license in your home state
    • Possess a Doubles/Triples endorsement if required in your area
    • Pass the DOT physical examination
    • Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and a passion for truck driving
    • Have the legal right to work in the U.S
    • Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the provided uniform
