    Position Summary:

    • Performs various medical care interventions as part of the plan of care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
    • Plans and documents patient care.
    • Monitors and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
    • Assists patients with activities of daily living.
    • Collaborates with other disciplines to coordinate patient care.
    • Evaluates and addresses patient and family learning needs.
    • Advocates for the well-being of the patient.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Licensed Registered Nurse in Kentucky with an associate's degree or BSN
    • Previous experience in acute care across all age groups preferred
    • Certifications required: CPR/BLS and IV Therapy, PALS and ACLS preferred
    • PEARS certification accepted
