Position Purpose:
Support The Inclusive & Compassionate Challenge Collective's (TICCC) marketing and communication efforts to drive new patient intake, increase social media engagement, and share educational material with the community.
Who You'll Work With/For:
TICCC owner, Jonathan Gladding, is a thoughtful, creative, and empowering therapist with a preference to work with those who possess that particular blend of finding humor in the mundane and beauty during difficult times.
How Much You'll Work:
8-12 hours per week with mandatory attendance at one-on-ones with the TICCC owner.
When You'll Work:
May 11-August 11 with opportunity for extension for fall and/or spring semester.
What You'll Be Paid:
$20.00 per hour with opportunity for increase to $22.50 for fall semester and $25.00 for spring semester. Pay is provided weekly.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Brainstorm Instagram posts to appeal to prospective patients using inspiration from TICCC owner
- Create promotional materials via Instagram as short videos and other social media visuals at least 3 times a week
- Forward any interests/leads to owner of TICCC in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
- Potential for some weekend and evening hours (to check inquiries via Instagram/email)
The Inclusive & Compassionate Challenge Collective Marketing Interns are creatives with excellent communication skills regarding writing, visual, and graphics. Ideal candidates will possess curiosity, flair for the descriptive, a high level of accuracy, and a sense of cursed yet wholesome humor. Applicants should be comfortable working closely with the owner of TICCC and be open to growth.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GRE; at least one year of college
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
- Creativity & flexibility
- Passion for the importance of culturally-relevant mental healthcare in our society
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to offer and accept compassionate, growth-focused critiques
- Comfortable with video-editing software, Instagram, and Google Docs/Sheets
- Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Graphic/visual design experience a plus
- Photography skills a plus
The position is open until filled. All TICCC employees, interns, and volunteers are subject to a background check. Proof of COVID Vaccine and Flu Vaccine is required.
