Schambs Property Management Group, Inc., a locally owned and rapidly-growing residential property management firm based in Cary, NC, seeks to employ a full-time Repair Specialist. The Repair Specialist, under the direction of the Senior Repair Specialist, will be responsible for ensuring that repair requests are processed in a generally efficient and professional fashion. Day-to-day responsibilities will consist of a wide range of tasks, such as managing incoming/outgoing phone calls/emails, supporting vendors, updating tenants and landlords, internet research, updating records/invoices, and appointment scheduling.
Education and/or experience:
· Associate degree, or at least 2 years of experience in an equivalent role
· At least 5 years of general, full time business experience
Skills required:
· Typing proficiency
· High level multi-tasking and organizational skills
· Familiarity with general home construction and functions
Competencies required
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities centered around a core value of outstanding client service
· Ability to effectively complete tasks with little oversight
· A professional business demeanor
