- Knowledge of geospatial concepts and conducting geospatial analyses
- Understanding of the Esri software stack in the context for Information Technology including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing (Microsoft Azure or AWS).
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology.
- Professional working knowledge of the Esri platform, tools, APIs, interfaces.
- Experience developing with Python in the Esri environment
- Experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise
- Experience working with ArcGIS Online
- Development experience with ArcGIS mobile tools, ArcGIS Dashboards, Survey 123, Workforce for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Insights recommended
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- 3+ years of experience with Esri technology.
- Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design.
- Programming and scripting experience with languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- The ability to interact with clients to gather requirements, identify solutions and implement those solutions.
- Bachelor's or master's in geography, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
