Career Strategy Consultants is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist for a healthcare organization. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

Intake interviews and planning treatment for individual clients assigned.
Individual, family, and group therapy as assigned and appropriate.
Case management responsibilities for clients assigned.
Develop Behavior Management plans as deemed necessary.
Coordinate therapy services as needed.
Complete all record requirements for clients to whom you are providing services.
Participate in clinical supervision meetings, staff meetings, trainings, community development/education, as specified by supervisor.
Attend IDT meetings pertaining to your clients as an active team member.
Maintain scheduling and productivity criteria.

Requirements:

Must possess WV licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or possess equivalent out of state license and willing to obtain WV licensure.
