The SSM Health team is looking for a full-time (.8 FTE) advanced practitioner to join the Grande Cheese- Wyocena & Friendship clinics.
These clinics are a part of smaller direct to employer clinics.As a provider, you will be able to see Grande Cheese associates, spouses and dependents from ages 8-26 years old for all primary care, acute care, pre-employment physicals and work compensation visits.
This setting allows the practitioner to customize the visits to each patient\'s needs with a focus on quality care.The Opportunity
