- Driving the build and tuning of Medical & Nonmedical molds through design, FAT, IQ, QQ, PQ control plans.
- Tool design, calculate necessary steel adjustments & oversee tool builds.
- Support tooling and production engineering, problem identification, troubleshooting, resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support data acquisition and reporting programs, turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Analyze and interpret data, crafting detailed reports for captivating internal and external presentations.
- A 2-year degree in an Engineering field is required. A four-year degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in plastics industry with emphasis on mold/part design.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD.
- Must be able to lead a design review and be comfortable with the model manipulation portion of mold design reviews.
- Must be able to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
