- Customer service focused is #1 priority
- Manage, train and mentor a team of HVAC technicians
- Some field work as necessary
- Evaluate customer requests
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options
- Provide work order descriptions and pricing quotes
- Manage inventory and ordering of equipment and supplies
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the business
- Locate and diagnose maintenance problems for various air quality systems in residential homes
- Install, service, diagnose and repair systems/ equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Universal Refrigeration license required
- EPA Certification required
- Journeyman or Master Gas Fitters License
- Journeyman or Master Sheet Metal License
- Knowledge of applicable venting and installation codes
- Oil burner experience/license a plus
- 3+ years' experience, managerial or lead experience is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's license with no citations in the last 3 years is required
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, management and customer service skills
- Compensation $75-90K+ plus commission
