Majestic Care's Scheduler is responsible for a variety of tasks such as staffing, agency monitoring and daily employee scheduling.

Other duties may include, but not limited to:

Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment, and foster relationships with both employees and external candidates.

The ideal candidate will:

• Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the facility

• Assist in filling vacancies in a timely manner

• Support candidate screening and hiring processes

• Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans

• Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions

• Assist with call-ins, time off requests, and agency coverage as needed

• Possess proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar position

• Have knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices

• Have clinical experience in addition to long term care staffing experience, STNA preferred
