- 3 years of real estate and construction insurance experience
- Possess a strong understanding of property, liability, worker's compensation and construction insurance coverages for commercial real estate.
- Knowledge of personal lines coverage, be familiar with general real estate concepts and be strong with using Excel and spread sheets.
- Strong knowledge of property and liability coverage for residential and commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of construction insurance
- Degree or license in insurance or insurance coursework a plus
- Knowledge of worker's compensation, construction insurance programs, personal lines coverage and claims experience helpful.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree
