As a Network Administrator at Konrad Technologies, you will play a vital role in protecting our organization's digital assets and ensuring the reliability and security of our technology infrastructure.

You will be responsible for maintaining network security, monitoring potential threats, and providing technical support to our team. You will thrive in a dynamic, high-speed environment, where you will apply your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.


Your Future Responsibilities:
Maintain network system.
Manage and optimize our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Conducts periodic diagnostics and testing to ensure optimal network function and minimal downtime.
Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place.
Continuously monitor network traffic for signs of suspicious or malicious activity and respond promptly to mitigate potential threats.
Assist in ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
Provide expert-level technical support to resolve IT-related issues and improve system performance.
Maintain accurate records, including system configurations, incident reports, and cybersecurity documentation.
Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least a year of experience of supporting or integrating servers.
Proficiency with working in a Windows environment.
Proven experience in IT and cybersecurity roles, ideally in smaller companies where multitasking and independence are essential.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices and network administration and system architecture.
Strong critical thinking skills with a passion for problem-solving.
Initiative-taker who can work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
