    Shop Technician


    • The Shop Technician is responsible for the reconditioning and maintenance of drive train components.

    • This includes disassembling, cleaning, preparation, reassembly and testing to ensure proper operation.

    Essential Functions:


    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

    • Troubleshoot service/repair needs in a timely fashion while performing required work efficiently.

    • Promote a positive safety culture among team members through open communication and collaboration.

    Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required; relevant industry experience is preferred but not necessary. Individuals with prior wind turbine experience will be considered. 


    An individual should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, adaptability as well as proven analytical thinking capabilities when troubleshooting complex issues within their scope of responsibility!
