    Position Overview

    NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Audiologist for an opportunity in Claremont, New Hampshire. In this role, you will provide comprehensive audiological evaluations to support medical disability claims for Veterans and service members.

    This position is ideal for clinicians who value objective clinical assessment, thorough documentation, and meaningful service to the Veteran population. You will use your expertise in diagnostic audiology to evaluate hearing and balance conditions and provide medical opinions that support the disability determination process.

    Key Responsibilities
    Clinical Evaluations

    Conduct comprehensive audiological examinations including hearing and balance assessments

    Perform face-to-face evaluations with Veterans and service members

    Assess and document auditory and vestibular conditions using clinical best practices

    Medical Record Review

    Review medical and military service records to gather relevant clinical evidence

    Synthesize historical and current clinical findings into clear medical opinions

    Reporting & Documentation

    Prepare detailed, timely, and accurate clinical reports

    Provide medical opinions regarding the likelihood that a condition is related to military service

    Ensure all documentation meets quality, regulatory, and professional standards

    Professional Practice

    Maintain objectivity and adhere to evidence-based evaluation standards

    Follow all clinical and compliance guidelines

    Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high documentation quality

    Required Qualifications

    Doctorate or Master's degree in Audiology (AuD, MA, MS, PhD, Ed.D, or MCD in Communication Disorders)

    Active, unrestricted Audiologist license in the state where exams are conducted

    Ability to maintain a personal office within 100 miles of Claremont, NH

    Strong clinical assessment and report-writing skills

    Preferred Experience

    Experience conducting diagnostic audiology evaluations

    Familiarity with disability evaluations or independent medical examinations

    Experience reviewing medical records and forming objective clinical opinions

    Strong interpersonal skills when working with diverse patient populations

    Work Schedule

    On-site, in-person evaluation role

    Flexible scheduling depending on exam volume

    Must maintain a clinical office within commuting distance of Claremont, NH

    Compensation & Benefits

    Compensation Range: $67,000 – $202,000 annually (based on caseload and service model)
