    Annuallyo Tuition Reimbursement o Parental Leave o Business casual work environmentWhat does it mean to be a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist at GLS?As a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist, you will be responsible to support all aspects of Treasury Operations and Capital Markets activities.

    You will also help set the treasury technology roadmap by identifying opportunities for improved workflows, systems, and processes.

    How will you drive value within the organization as a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist?Accurately and consistently manage bank accounts and daily cash operations across multiple entities, including handling advances, repayment, and borrowing under GLS's credit facilities and managing cash waterfall reporting and funding processesDevelop strategic plans for operational functions and manage the development of processes and procedures Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements across all treasury functionsEnsure GLS has the operational systems and procedures that support current and anticipated needs for delivering loan performance and financial reporting for both internal and external partiesCollaborate with team members and other internal groups to integrate liquidity and capital planning in order to provide analytical support for the company's expansion and development of new product strategiesManage the implementation of large-scale treasury projectsAssist with the evaluation of GLS's loan portfolio, including leading quarterly and annual compliance/reporting process Prepare short and medium-term liquidity forecasts Serve as the primary contact with respect to assisting and resolving funding and contract exceptionsPrepare ad hoc financial and business analysis as neededWhat should you already know to be successful as a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst?Minimum of bachelor's degree required.

    Internal candidates at the Specialist (S2) level with commensurate experience and a track record of sustained, top performance against company standards may be consideredMinimum of three (3) years' experience working in treasury or banking operationsWorking knowledge of SQL and windows-based office productivity tools including word processor, spreadsheet, and graphical presentation programsIntrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness Team player that can thrive in a fast-paced and growth environment Commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competenciesExcellent interpersonal skills:
