A medical center is seeking a pediatrician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located right outside of Montpelier, Vermont.
This position involves practicing general outpatient pediatrics, newborn nursery care, and delivery support. It is a traditional outpatient clinic and newborn nursery setting. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday morning hours.

The position requires overnight call for approximately two nights per week, including delivery attendance, with fewer than 300 deliveries per year.

Duties include occasional parent phone calls with RN telephone triage and occasional ED consults, mainly by phone. The facility uses Epic and PCC EMR systems. Candidates must be NRP Certified and Board Certified, with required certifications in BLS and PALS. Procedures include neonatal resuscitation.
