    Job Description:
    The ability to work collaboratively with excellent written and verbal communication. Build and move racks.
    Manage the hardware equipment in racks and perform software updates.
    Insure the equipment is running optimally for the engineers as they use the equipment for testing. Metro carts with developer devices that require configuration. Transfer of devices and conducting health checks.
    Candidates have had Apple Genius bar experience and previous engineering technicians. Understands data center/infra, and is technical. Able to run simple scripts, hands-on troubleshooting triaging organically NOT scripted, Mac OS, 2 years of experience
