    Bilingual HR Coordinator:

    Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a company in search of a Bilingual HR Coordinator. This is a direct hire opportunity that is fully in person. Additional information on the opportunity is below:

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain employee and department files.
    • Handle payroll and timekeeping functions.
    • Support learning and development.
    • Help maintain the employee handbook.
    • Answer HR related questions.
    • Participate in recruitment efforts and coordinate candidate interviews.
    • Schedule job fairs.
    • Coordinate onboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

    Requirements:

    Hours:
