Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS / MT / MLT)
Full-Time (0.8 FTE)

A community-focused healthcare system in Eastern Oregon is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MT/MLT) to join its hospital-based laboratory team. What You'll Do:

• Perform clinical lab testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood bank, urinalysis, and phlebotomy
• Collect and process specimens from patients of all ages
• Ensure accurate data entry and quality control compliance
• Maintain lab equipment and follow laboratory protocols
• Participate in quality improvement and operational support activities

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology program
• ASCP certification (MLS, MT, or MLT) required or obtained within two years of hire
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
