• Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
• Install roofing materials such as shingles, slate, asphalt, aluminum, wood, all forms of sheet metal roofing or related materials on steepslope roofs 3:12 or greater
• Knowledge of scaffolding and safety equipment set up before beginning work.
• Work with a team to accomplish roofing tasks on steep slopes efficiently and safely.
• Follow local building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean job site by clearing debris and hazardous materials.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred 2 years of experience in steep slope roofing or a related construction field
• Experience in installing various roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, tile, and wood shakes
• Knowledge of roofing tools, equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to measure, cut, and align roofing materials accurately
• Experience with underlayment, ice/water shield, and drip edges installation techniques
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations pertaining to roofing
• Physical fitness to lift heavy materials and work at heights
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• Certification or willingness to obtain certification for the installation of specific roofing products
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards
