    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Collective Measures is currently seeking a full time Media Supervisor for the Brand Media team, to lead in the strategy and execution all brand media tactics.

    _JOB DUTIES:

    • Supervises the execution of media plans, including preparation of media budgets, schedules of insertions, contracts, and supporting materials
    • Train and mentors media planners and managers in media planning, strategy, and execution as it relates to brand media channels & tactics (ex: video, audio, display, OOH, print)
    • Ensures that performance metrics are established for brand team members
    • Articulate brand media strategy and capabilities of Collective Measures to clients, new prospects, and internally to agency staff
    • Maintain expertise in and operate as a respected internal leader for all brand media channels and tactics
    • Contribute to Collective Measures' marketing efforts by writing blog posts and speaking at industry events.
    • Participate in new business project assignments and pitches
    • Assist in reconciling billing for media as needed
    • Attend meetings with media/ad tech vendors for the purpose of evaluating new information/services and to maintain good rapport with sales contacts

    _EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years of experience creating digital and/or traditional marketing plans with multiple media channels (out of home, programmatic/direct display banners/video/audio/native, print, broadcast, etc.)
    • 1+ years of team leadership/management experience
    • Possess a broad set of media, marketing, and leadership skills
    • Significant depth of expertise in brand media campaigns
    • Strong focus on measurement and analytics
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Client-centric mindset
    • Solid professional presentation skills (written, visual and verbal)
    • Strong background in display marketing
    • Experience working at or with an agency is preferred
